Subdivision Plat - Final

Description: A subdivision plat is used to create more than six parcels. Subdivison plats are reviewed in two steps: preliminary and final. A preliminary subdivision plat shows the proposed layout of the lots and any roads. If a preliminary plat is approved, the final plat is prepared consistent with all requirements in the Village's land division regulations and state law.
